Understanding Contractor Financial Statements

Join us for lunch and a two hour session designed specifically to educate owners, CFOs, controllers, and bookkeepers.  The presentation will cover accounting principles specific to construction and common ratios and benchmarks that can be used to evaluate a company's health and performance.  Additionally, we will spend time discussing who the primary readers of your financial statement are and how they evaluate them.

Cost is $50 per person and includes lunch and materials.

Attend this informative class to learn the theory behind and how to prepare a job schedule.  The class will cover the accounting principles, the mechanics of the job schedule, what to input, estimates, and how to analyze the results.  If the class is specific to the software you use, we will cover how to efficiently use the software to speed up the job schedule process.
